S & S U-Pull-It Yard Policies

Part Sales (excluding tires and body parts)

If you are not 100% satisfied with your parts purchase you may return the purchased item to S&S U-Pull-It within 30 days of the of the original purchase with the receipt. We will not accept parts for a return or exchange without the receipt. Items can be exchanged for matching parts or a store credit. Store Credit is good for 90 days. With the sole exception of Core Deposits, we do not offer cash refunds for returned parts. (See Core Deposit Refund Policy below.) The returned item must be the original part purchased, properly marked with the original S&S U-Pull-It marking and not disassembled. Labor to pull the replacement or to install the part, is not included and is the responsibility of the purchaser. This Exchange Policy is only available to the original purchaser.

Used Tires

We have visually inspected the used tires for noticeable signs of damage or defects only. The buyer further acknowledges that any defects or deficiencies in a used tire may not be apparent or discoverable. By purchasing used tires from us, you agree to have the tires further inspected and installed by a professional tire installer. No returns or exchanges on tires.

Builder and Thrift Store Sale

All sales of builders and items from the thrift store are As Is and Final.

S & S U-Pull-It Core Deposit Refund Policy

If you paid a Core Deposit when you purchased a part, we will provide a cash refund of the Core Deposit up to 30 days from the original core item purchase date as long as the original core item is returned OR you provide a matching core item.

Environmental Fees

When you buy from S&S U-Pull-It, your receipt will include an Environmental Fee. This charge helps offset some of the costs of handling and legally disposing hazardous materials commonly found in automobiles and other vehicles. Thank you for recycling a used auto part and helping to conserve our fragile environment.

Limited Remedy, Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Damages:

All sales of parts, tires, builders, and thrift store items are sold "AS IS".

THIS POLICY IS THE LIMITED AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY AND ALL SALES. S&S U-PULL-IT EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WRITTEN OR VERBAL WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE BUYER, AND MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS WHATSOEVER REGARDING THE USED PART(S) BEING PURCHASED AND/OR THEIR SUITABILITY, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ALL CONSEQUENTIAL AND INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARE EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED.
